As part of the successful Horbury Group, Horbury Property Services provides a range of repairs, maintenance and compliance services to a wide variety of sectors across the UK.

Working across a range of different environments our teams are able to successfully deliver the smallest of repairs or a large planned refurbishment. Our single service approach or multiple managed service process allows us to adapt our services to our clients needs.


We adopt a proactive, problem-solving methodology which enables us to deliver a high degree of client satisfaction and our ability to flex our installation methods, working out of core building hours if needed, ensures our clients can concentrate on their business without disruption.

Our long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s leading trade suppliers ensures we have the support of a vast technical provision to support our in house technical teams.

We provide regular reporting as standard including access to our web enabled reporting system so clients are always up to date with progress of the project. We measure our own performance through a suite of bespoke key performance indicators and actively develop new measures with our clients in line with their own requirements.

Quality matters to us and our Group ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 18001) demonstrate our commitment to a structured project approach, the environment and health and safety.

We enjoy a high level of staff retention right through the Group, many of our tradesman and office staff have worked with us for over twenty years. We also have an active apprentice programme too partnering with our local colleges, aimed at developing a sustainable talent pool for the future.

Our teams are DBS checked where necessary and trained in basic safeguarding.
